Remember when Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift unequivocally dispelled those pesky rumors about their friendship being on the rocks by posting an IG clip of themselves dancing the night away (in designer dresses, natch!) at the Met Gala? We were hoping for something similar to come out of last night's Teen Choice Awards, except for Selena and on-again, off-again pal Demi Lovato. No such luck.The TCAs marked the first time the girls were in the same room together since Demi unfollowed Sel and posted a nasty meme that most assumed was directed at Justin Bieber's ex on Twitter a month ago.
Instead of a happy reunion, all we got was Demi performing her big F-U of a song with Selena look alike Cher Lloyd. We're not going to make too much of that because we're still hoping the one-time, solid BFFs will give us a sign that all is well in Delena/Semi Land. For now, no news is good news, right?
However, Demi did confirm the status of her relationship with Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Hmm...we didn't know that was even in question, but OK. Apparently, some fans thought that Demi didn't like how the sisters had gotten close to Sel a while back. And though Kendall and Kylie's friendship with the Behaving Badly star was a hi-and-goodbye type of sitch, it appears as though Demi was unfazed either way.
"What the hell kind of rumors are spreading right now?!" she tweeted after the TCAs, which all three attended. "Stop with the drama y'all. I got nothing but tons of love for the K&J sisters!!!!" She followed up with: "One of THE most random rumors I've ever heard actually. Thanks for the laugh!! Hahaha."
